Order Acceptance & Right to Refuse

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance by Pikemla, and an order confirmation email confirms receipt of your order — it does not constitute acceptance. Pikemla reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, are placed by resellers, exceed available inventory, or result from errors. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund for the affected items.

Pricing & Payment Errors

Pikemla reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions — including pricing, availability, and product descriptions — and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on incorrect information, even after an order has been submitted or confirmed. If an item's correct price is higher than the price shown, we may cancel the order or contact you before shipping. Where an order affected by an error is cancelled, any amount charged will be refunded in full.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions, discount codes, and special offers are subject to the terms stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise noted:

  • Codes are limited to one per order and cannot be combined or stacked with other offers.
  • Codes have no cash value and are non-transferable.
  • Offers may have expiration dates and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
  • Pikemla reserves the right to void discount codes and cancel associated orders where a code has been obtained, used, or distributed in an unauthorized or abusive manner.

Pikemla shall not be liable for any failure to fulfill orders or deliver products due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, labor disputes, shipping delays, or government restrictions.
