Pikemla Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation.
  • You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order ships.
  • For cancellations or returns, see our Refund & Return Policy and refer to the Terms & Conditions regarding order modifications and cancellations.

Shipping Options & Fees

Oversize items require freight shipping. Delivery time depends on carrier availability and distance. Returns, inspections, and restocking fees follow our Refund & Return Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • Address changes or cancellations are accepted before the item is dispatched.
  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. Incorrect addresses may result in additional fees or delayed delivery.
  • Orders already shipped must follow the Refund & Return Policy and Terms & Conditions regarding shipping, returns, and refunds.

PO Boxes & Military Addresses

  • Standard packages can be shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses via postal service.
  • Oversize/freight items cannot be shipped to PO Boxes or military addresses. Contact us for special arrangements.

International Shipping

  • Pikemla ships internationally. Delivery depends on destination and carrier availability.
  • Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
  • Oversize or bulky international items may incur additional shipping charges.
  • Returns for international orders follow our Refund & Return Policy.

Tracking & Insurance

  • Tracking information is provided after shipment.
  • Customers can track their orders using:
    • The tracking number in the shipping confirmation email
    • The Pikemla.com website
    • Shop Pay (if used for payment)
  • Parcels are insured for loss or damage up to the value declared by the carrier.
  • Customers should inspect packages upon delivery and report any damage immediately, in line with our Refund & Return Policy.

Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives damaged, email customerservice@pikemla.com with your order number and photos.
  • Each case is handled individually according to the Refund & Return Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Pikemla is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages after shipment.
  • Oversize or high-value items may require a signature upon delivery.
  • See Terms & Conditions for liability limitations.

Partial Shipments

  • Items may ship separately, and customers may receive multiple tracking numbers.
  • Return or refund eligibility is based on each individual item as per our Refund & Return Policy.
