Pikemla Return & Refund Policy

At Pikemla, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, please review the terms below.

Return Window

Returns are valid for 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. Once 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be met:

  • Item is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging
  • Item is in resalable condition
  • Item has not been altered, laundered, or modified
  • All original tags, accessories, and documentation are included
  • Valid proof of purchase is provided

All returns are subject to inspection upon receipt. Pikemla reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny any refund that does not meet these requirements or that appears fraudulent or abusive.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are final and cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Intimate items (lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits) if used or not in pristine condition

Restocking Fees

Approved returns for formal dresses are subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund.

Return Shipping

  • Flat-rate shipping ($10.99 per order) applies to clothing and apparel.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Where we provide a return shipping label as a convenience, the customer remains responsible for safely packaging the item and retaining tracking information. Pikemla is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit back to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please refer to our Shipping Policy and contact us within the required timeframe so we can make it right.

Refund Method & Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, less any applicable restocking fees. Processing times by your bank or card issuer may vary.

Abuse of Return Policy

Pikemla may deny future purchases or block accounts where return policies are misused, including repeated returns or fraudulent claims.
