Refund Policy

Our return policy is valid for 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Refund Eligibility Requirements

  • Item must be unused and in original, undamaged packaging
  • Item must be in resalable condition
  • Item must not be altered, laundered, or modified
  • All original tags, accessories, and documentation must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

All returns are subject to inspection. PIKEMLA reserves the right to deny any refund that appears fraudulent or abusive.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale and clearance items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Intimate items (lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits) if used or not pristine

Restocking & Handling Fees

  • Formal dresses: 15% restocking fee
  • Furniture and mattresses: 25% restocking fee
  • Large-item handling fee applied to bulky furniture

Shipping Policy

  • Flat rate shipping: $10.99 per order for clothing and apparel only
  • Shipping fees for other products (furniture, mattresses, etc.) are non-refundable
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping for furniture, mattresses, and other non-apparel items
  • We provide a return shipping label as a convenience; customers remain responsible for safe packaging and tracking
  • All returns must be shipped to: 4781 North Congress Avenue, #2189, Boynton Beach, Florida 33426
  • Furniture items are DIY assembly and delivered with estimated times typical for furniture retailers

Abuse of Return Policy

PIKEMLA may deny future purchases or block accounts if refund policies are misused, including repeated returns or fraudulent claims.
