Shipping policy

Note that your order processing times are separate from the shipping times at checkout. 

All orders are processed within 3 to 5  business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Please note delays due to COVID-19 or a high volume of orders or postal service delays once the order has already been shipped are outside of our control.

Transit Time Domestically

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 - 8 days

Change Of Delivery Address

For change of delivery address requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order has been dispatched.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy. https://pikemla.com/policies/refund-policy

P.O. Box Shipping

Pikemla LLC will ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. We are unable to offer couriers services to these locations.

 Military Address Shipping

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are unable to offer this service using courier services.

 Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Transit time Internationally

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 - 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your courier at checkout.

Import Duties & Taxes

Import duties and taxes for international shipments may be liable to be paid upon arrival in destination country. This varies by country, and encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at customerservice@pikemla.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. https://pikemla.com/policies/refund-policy

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at customerservice@pikemla.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
