Pikemla Shipping Policy

At Pikemla, we take care to get your order to you quickly and safely. Please review the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Processing times may be extended during promotional periods, high-volume seasons, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates reflect transit time only and begin once the order has shipped, not when the order is placed. Delivery windows are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Pikemla is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address. Orders returned to us for this reason may be subject to reshipment costs.

Carrier Delays

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier. Pikemla is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Pikemla is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen. If tracking shows delivery and you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

International Shipping

Pikemla ships to select international markets. Shipping rates, available methods, and delivery estimates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Delivery estimates: International transit times differ by market and are estimates only, beginning once the order has shipped. Delivery windows are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing in the destination country.
  • Duties, taxes & import fees: The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total or shipping cost and are determined by local authorities.
  • Currency & pricing: Prices and shipping costs may be displayed in your local currency where supported. Applicable charges are finalized at checkout.
  • Customs delays: Pikemla is not liable for delays caused by customs or import processing beyond our control.

Because our international offerings are expanding, available markets, rates, and delivery estimates are subject to change. The rates and options shown at checkout reflect the most current information for your destination.

Damaged Shipments

Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, notify Pikemla within 7 days of delivery by emailing customerservice@pikemla.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • Photographs of the packaging
  • Photographs of the shipping label

Failure to report shipping damage within the required timeframe may affect eligibility for replacement, exchange, or reimbursement. Pikemla reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the appropriate resolution for any approved damage claim.
